At first, I was intimidate by glogster but soon I got the hang of it and it was easier then what i assumed. I would definitely use glogster in my classroom and its a great way to get my students engaged in history while learning about technology. My glogster is about the Chicano movement; a historical topic that is often untaught in schools. I hope you enjoy my glogster and learn something new!

I was realllly overwhelmed/frustrated with Glogster at first, too, but then also got the hang of it/enjoyed creating my Glog. I also really enjoyed your Glog because it taught me about the Chicano movement; I was pretty unfamiliar with it before your Glog, and I am glad that I was exposed to it in a fun, easy to understand way. Glogster is a great way for people to familiarize themselves with topics that they do not know much about. I really enjoyed watching the film clips that you chose.
ReplyDeleteI definitely have a love hate relationship with glogster too... I really liked the topic you chose for yours. However, I did have a hard time viewing your entire glogster... from what I saw, you had referenced great content material and outlined very well! :)
ReplyDeleteAt first, I thought using Glogster would be difficult but its fairly simple to use. Although I had issues uploading my own audio, I found the process to be very simple. I think glogster would be a good thing to integrate in a service learning project with the elderly. It is so simple to use and I think it would be fun to teach someone who isn't tech savvy how to create these beautiful digital posters.
